Below is an excerpt from the above first article about the soon to be site of TIAGARRA.
Unfortunately Pierre Slicer was on the mark re: Devonport Council and their prevailing attitude about Aboriginal representation and self determination. The final sentence is especially telling. We are hoping the council today, 40 years later, will present Tiagarra properly, in perpetuity, to the Aboriginal community.
